Be advised that Obscure Café is an artist’s establishment created to form a community of artists and art enthusiasts. The Café honors all artists of every description but will reserve the right to ban anyone that abuses our hospitality. To that end we suggest civility in all discourse. We also remind surfers that this site is intended for mature, adult level conversations and holds many galleries, some of which involve nudity. Therefore children should be accompanied by older more seasoned folk. Although it is our hope that art is taught to all ages the management is not blind to the realities of abuse not to mention the over reactions to such abuse. We therefore advise caution while navigating the Café.

Be also advised that we are a nonprofit Café with the intended purpose of showing art without reservation, however, it is certainly incumbent on the management to ensure that all art work conforms not only to the physical format of the Café (for purely technical reasons) but also that we avoid any impropriety. We therefore reserve the right (a right we hope to seldom employ) to hold back work that is considered questionable. Rest assured we will debate any such situation vigorously, thoroughly and respectfully. In addition we will do our utmost to adhere to appropriate privacy concerns and most importantly to ensure the safety of all art work entrusted to the Café.
